- Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day

We currently ship primarily within the United States. At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable.

Bleu Vitals is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional fees may apply for reshipment
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bleu Vitals is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received, or lost or stolen after delivery. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bleuvitals.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve such cases at our discretion.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations
